Salvation in Christ Jesus automatically includes a call to ministry. Every believer is created, saved, called, gifted, authorized and commanded to minister. Thus the Ministry Department commits itself to facilitate the – Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality & Experiences – S.H.A.P.E. Dicovery Process of the core and the committed members and deploy them to the ministry where their S.H.A.P.E. can be best expressed.

To prepare God’s people for works of service so that the body of Christ maybe built up

Small Groups
We cultivate a healthy purpose driven group that produces disciples over time.

Children’s Ministry
This is an opportunity to help children learn about Jesus and his love for them. Teachers and parent helpers for 0 – 12 years old join together to build a foundation of Godly character in children through Bible Stories, drama, music and age -appropriate Bible lessons.

Cross’ Fire Youth Ministry (CFYM) – Youth
Cross’Fire YM is the youth ministry of BCCB. A purpose driven youth ministry reaching out to students ages 13 – 21 yeas old. Young people of diverse background in and around the city of Bacolod gets involved in campus ministry , small groups , large group fellowship and Youth Worship service as they draw closer to the Lord and desire to minister to other students.

WorKing Ministries
A ministry of young professionals to reach and evangelize the working community for Christ’s kingdom through small groups, worship service and industry specific events.

Women’s Ministry
Women’s Ministryis committed to helping, encouraging, and inspiring all women to become fully devoted followers of Christ. This is accomplished through Saturday’s meetings, leadership development seminars, weekend retreats, and fun social events throughout the year.

Celebrate Recovery Ministry (CRM)
It is a Christ centered program to help people who struggle with all types of habits, hurts, hung ups and other related issues, and to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power.

Communications (Media)
We are here to provide internal and external exposure for BCCB programs, events and activities, using every available media in a God-honoring way, in order to promote His Word in the community, draw the crowd to His Kingdom & motivate the congregation to be involved in His Work.

Christian Academy of Bacolod (CAB)
Using School of Tomorrow Curriculum – CAB provides Christian Education committed to character building.

PH836 – ISAAC Ministry
We provide children starting age 3 and onwards: a highly-coordinated, child-centered, parent-involved, community-based, church-assisted program devoted to the holistic development of each child through quality education assistance, moral & developmental trainings & support services through a safe and nurturing environment in the spirit of excellence.

Service Ministry
With the ever-inceasing number of church attendees and worship services, the need for servants to usher people in, greet, encourage and connect people to a Christian community also is increasing. We encourage you to Attend in One, Serve in One (worship service)!

Intercessors
We meet every Friday at 6:30 at the ICC to praise and worship God and pray to intercede for our nation ,our church and their respective leaders and pray for the specific needs of our members ,their relatives and friends.

Operation Care Ministry
We believe that Jesus placed emphasis on the importance of serving where service is needed, simple acts of mercy that is freely given and freely received. We believe that these acts of service are a demonstration of God’s love. We provide a wide array of free medical and dental services available.

Praise & Worship Ministry
We are created to exalt the Lord our God; worship Him and enjoy Him forever. And by God’s grace, to usher/lead God’s people in His presence thus resulting in changed lives.

Young Couples Ministry
Helps strengthens and stabilize marriages using Biblical principles enabling couples to go the distance with the life mates for a lifetime.
