The Men’s Ministry took time off to start the year 2008 with a relaxing 3 day retreat held at Nature’s Village. We are deeply encouraged and inspired with Dr. John McCall and Rev. Scott Stewart for sharing their time with us.

The Great American Burger

How do you make a Great American Burger? Well, you ask Patrick Concha.
Patrick, a BCCB member now residing in California treated us last night with his Great American Burger. From molding fresh ground beef patties, dicing onions, mixing burger sauce, grilling & serving it on a saucer plate, Patrick did all of that to feed five thousand hungry Ikthus friends with only 17 patties and 34 buns. It was a miracle!!!
Put joking aside, it was full service, really! I’d call it ’servanthood’. Thanks Pat! We truly enjoyed it. Tito Rodel & Tita Mary Ann would be very proud!
